DMCA Compliance Policy

Our website respects the intellectual property rights of others and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a United States copyright law, we’ve established procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

The DMCA, as a legislative act, provides a framework through which copyright owners can raise claims against unauthorized use of their content on digital platforms.

If you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyright, it is essential to send a detailed notice via the Contact Form. This notice should contain the following elements:

1) A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted material.
2) A comprehensive description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works, a list of such works.
3) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including specific location details on our website, ensuring that our team can locate the material swiftly.
4) Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5) A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a DMCA notice, we will immediately initiate an investigation. If the claim holds, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content in question. In addition to taking action on the content, we may notify the content provider, member, or user, informing them of the removal or the disabling of access.
